A real estate developer in San Jose. A San Mateo bank. A tortilla maker in Watsonville.  These companies are among the dozens of suppliers, lenders and others who say they’re owed a combined $12 million by Kimomex Markets Inc., the bankrupt owner of two shuttered Hispanic grocery stores in San Jose. But collecting this money may prove impossible.
