REGINA — The global agribusiness, Viterra has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 21st Century Grain Processing, a U.S. based processor of oats, wheat and custom-coated grains.  With the acquisition, Viterra said 21st Century’s U.S. processing facilities will benefit from its existing oat milling operations and grain origination network in Canada.  21st Century Grain Processing supplies whole grain ingredients for consumer products to the bar, cereal, baking and snack food industries.
