H-E-B Latin grocery concept Mi Tienda will open its second location Dec. 7 at 3800 E. Little York Road at U.S. 59 in north Houston. The 97,000-square-foot store, featuring products from Mexico and Central America, is more than twice the size of the original Mi Tienda in South Houston near Pasadena. A silo outside the store will hold 36,000 pounds of corn to be used for the tortillas.
