TIA’s Aug. 26 reminder urged members to lock rooms and registration for TIA Tech at the Nashville Airport Marriott on Sept. 29–30. A negotiated hotel rate was promoted with a Sept. 7 cutoff.

Day one covers 16 education topics selected by the TIA Education Committee, plus an Ask the Experts panel and a tabletop exhibits cocktail reception. Topics previously announced include a tortilla market update, GLP-1 trends, seed-oil alternatives, enzyme strategies for higher-protein and reduced-fat doughs, corn cooking optimization, and clean-label approaches to early mold spoilage.

Day two is a field trip: La Hacienda tortilla factory in the morning, then a tour of JC Ford’s new manufacturing plant with lunch. Bus seats were described as limited. Register and see the agenda via tortilla-info.com links in the MultiBriefs note.
