C.H. Guenther & Son acquired Les Aliments Mejicano Inc., a Montreal-area flour tortilla producer, expanding the company’s North American tortilla platform.
The transaction adds production in Anjou and St. Hubert and roughly 80 employees. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The deal follows CHG’s earlier purchase of Fresca Mexican Foods in Idaho and fits a broader consolidation wave among mid-market tortilla manufacturers chasing scale and QSR relationships.
